    I have been following the guide over at:

    http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.colinux.devel/1061

    but keep encountering problems when installing packages.  Instead of installing to the target disk, it is installing to /dev/fd2 instead, which appears to be the ram disk.

    I have also tried running fdisk on the disk image in question and it is unable to open it.  I have also tried using the disk image of Fedora as it is formatted during installation, again it does not work.

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <colinux>

    <block_device index="0" alias="hda1" path="\DosDevices\c:\coLinux\Distributions\Slackware 10-2.6.linux" enabled="true" />
    <block_device index="1" alias="hda2" path="\DosDevices\c:\coLinux\swap_512Mb" enabled="true" />
    <block_device index="29" path="\Device\CdRom0" enabled="true" />

    <image path="vmlinux.largeinitrd-20040710" />
    <initrd path="Distributions\Slackware initrd.img" />
    <bootparams>root=/dev/ram</bootparams>
    <memory size="108" />
    <network index="0" type="tap" />
    </colinux>

    When it formats the disk it states number of 1K blocks as 0 and writes the fstab entry with 1 1 at the end rather than 0 0 like with the swap partition.

    Any ideas?
