The topic was created with the following files:
1. For the URL:(http://22.214.171.124/codestriker/codestriker.pl?topic=3D1022878&=
why the 3D exist in the URL?
Why the line is breaked into two lines after ";="
2. I don't think the mail header should be appeared.
Anybody know whay happen?
Because Codestriker now supports unicode text, it is possible that the mail body mail now contain non-ASCII characters.
For this reason, the mail body is now encoded using quoted-printable, which is what the Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable line is there for.
What mail client are you using to read this? A decent mail client should decode this without any problems.
In fact, if I change the mail server to another.
The mail notice will fail with error:
Couldn't send email to "email@example.com" , 5.7.1 Unable to relay for firstname.lastname@example.org
I am sure I have no non-asc in the mail.
Here is the add comment mail content which is perfect!
email@example.com added a comment to Topic "TL1/LM/DB CI for KPN V2/NL2 Korean ITU1992 Variants".

Problem fixed with David's help
That was an interesting bug - will be fixed in the 1.9.2-alpha-9 release which I'll post up soon. The topic creation email was slightly incorrect, and your Exchange mailserver interpreted it differently to sendmail.
Thanks for the report.
FWIW - this doesn't affect the 1.9.1 release, such the 1.9.2 alpha releases.
