cntlm 0.92.3 don't start as service in Windows XP!
README.txt is not correct recomendation - update this!
How I can start as service with cygrunsrv.exe step by step in manual mode?
MS-DOS style path detected: F:\Program Files\Cntlm\cntlm.ini
Preferred POSIX equivalent is: /Cntlm/cntlm.ini
CYGWIN environment variable option "nodosfilewarning" turns off this warning.
Consult the user's guide for more details about POSIX paths:
Exitting with error. Check daemon logs or run with -v.
Try 0.93beta5, there was a missing DLL in .2 and .3 releases (should be fixed in the downloads now, though).

BTW, that cygwin warning is OK. Depends on how you specify path to the configuration file when starting Cntlm. Use normal windows nomenclature like C:\, F:\ or whatever, it's gonna work just fine.
Oh, and that "Exitting with error" is unrelated to the warning. Must be a problem in your config file.
What? Ok? I don't even have cntlm installed at Program Files (x86).
