Could you please include a mention of the license in the file headers of your source file.

As it is your file header says "All rights reserved" and it conflicts with the part where your files are actually
shipped under CPL v1.0 (as far as I can tell from your feature.xml).
All I am asking for is a line saying "This file can be used, modified and distributed under the terms of CPL 1.0"
in all the files saying "All rights reserved". Considering this is rather menial task, I am willing to volunteer for
it (checking out trunk and generating a patch using svn diff that I will attach to this bug), provided that you
are okay with the change.
