Does ClusterSSH support IPv6 and if so what is the correct syntax for an entry in /etc/clusters?

Thanks!

Discussion

  • Version 4 should support IPv6 addresses - the cluster file format is the same as any other, just include either the hostname or IPv6 address

Per your suggestion and also t he comments at the included link I have confirmed that the only IPv6 syntax that seems to work is:

    Full IPv6 address %interface : port

    For example: fe80:0:0:0:80a9:bbff:fe51:53c%eth1:2245

  • Can you upgrade to a later version? There have been fixes to IPv6 support since 4.00_01
