I'm posting about the project to assure you that, after the sunny days of
the boreal summer, the development of the next version (0.0.7) of PDF
Clown is still alive and kickin'.
Although the on-going implementation is progressing smoothly (currently
about 85% complete), the broadness of its subject (tens of new classes
have been introduced to cover actions, annotations, acroform fields,
advanced graphics operations (full path management (including clipping,
curves, arcs, ellipses, spirals...), links etc.), page-level navigation
and many minor improvements...) has implied the unavoidable expansion of
its timeframe, compared to the usual 3-month scheduling.
So please be patient: late november/early december should bring sweet
PS: please report as soon as possible on the bug tracker any malfunction
you may have stumbled upon using the current (0.0.6) version, so I'm able
to timely include fixes into the next one. Thank you.
PS: I WANNA get your opinions, criticisms, proposals, real-world use
experiences, etc. about this project. SPEAK OUT!
