I've installed clonezilla SE and it's unable to clone an Ubuntu 10.10
machine. The clone says it was successful after pressing Enter, however
the restore also fails. I have sufficient space on the 10.04 LTS server
where the image is stored.

This is done by sfdisk --force /dev/sda < /home/partimag/gold-img/sda-pt.sf

please make sure your HD exist or the size of HD is big enough!

Is this a clonezilla bug?
Apparently the errors indicate that the hard drive is physically
damaged. Ubuntu works just fine on the computer, however I had to
replace the hardware for clonezilla to finish without error. The file
system check utility didn't help.
