I should probably clarify, I am using the testing branch of drbl. I tried the unstable as well but that failed with similar issues.

Subject: Clonezilla Server on Karmic Koala

Hi,

I have a server running karmic koala and have installed clonezilla server on it. I used the same configuration that I would use on any other ubuntu OS but for some reason it’s boot process hangs every time at “Let original init take over”. If I add a -v option to the exec command that executes init.orig it outputs a bunch of information about commands starting and exiting normally. Does anyone have any ideas about this? I work for a large company and we rely on this for a large amount of our imaging needs and I have found that some of our new hardware needs the updated drivers from this newer kernel available in Karmic… Thanks!
