#19 Bad function in net.lisp?

Greetings. In net.lisp there's conditional code for
Allegro that calls SOCKET:SET-SOCKET-FORMAT if the
Allegro version < 6. This function does not exist in
ACL 5.0; rather, it appears that only a reader exists
to access the format, and that generic function's name
is SOCKET:SOCKET-FORMAT. There does *not* seem to be a
SETF method for this function, and it looks like the
only way one can specify a format in Allegro is to
supply the :FORMAT argument when the socket is
initially created.

    I sort of fixed this.
    it should now compile and might even work,
    at least if you stick to text sockets.
