The defcust for *xml-default-namespace* blows up whenever it is loaded with the following error:

Error in function C::DUMP-STRUCTURE: Attempt to dump invalid structure:
#S(XML-NAMESPACE
:URI #1=""
:PRE #1#
:NHT #<EQUAL hash table, 0 entries {481B633D}>)
How did this happen?

Restarts:
0: [ABORT] Return to Top-Level.

Debug (type H for help)

    please upgrade to CMUCL 18c
    xml.lisp works with 18c but
not with the earlier CMUCL versions.
