Sam, this is not a bug fix. See section 184.108.40.206. Moreover it
introduces new bugs.
I thought it was clear we are in code freeze for 2.25.1. If you don't
think so, there's not going to be a 2.25.1 release.

well - unless we consider ANSI non-compliance a bug...

specification, no additional standardized classes may appear in
the implementation's class precedence list.
since `simple-error' is a "standardized class", it may not appear on the
`simple-type-error's class precedence list.

I am not introducing new features - just fixing bugs, as I understand
the idea of a "bug".
