you should not set Your-CLX-Pathname, instead run the full image which
already contains CLX.

this is a bug in garnet: they have "(defpackage :COMMON-LISP)" which is
illegal in ANSI CL.
they should have
#-:ansi-cl
in front of it (instead they have #+(or ....) for some implementations,
and this list should include CLISP).

this would not happen if you run the full image.
