I have just started to follow this mailing list, and noticed (at least
the last weeks) that most of the mails (the few I get) are build
And so I just wonder if there is some other clisp list with more
programming related discussions?

If you mean, related to programming the clisp implementation, then
there's mailto:clisp-devel@..., but if you mean
related to programming in Common Lisp, then the best would be news:comp.lang.lisp
However, in any case, this mail list is not restricted to building
problems. It just happens that this week this is what has been
discussed. But you may ask any clisp relevant questions here, and
even Common Lisp questions (but you may get a bigger audience for
Common Lisp questions on news:comp.lang.lisp).
