Clickheat successfully tracks the clicks for all my pages. Under website & group, all the different pages are displayed. However, when I view any page, only the main index page is shown for the background image. Any ideas?

If you're sure that every page has it's own group, then you may edit the group's underlying url. To achieve this, just click on the icon right next to the «website & group» drop down, then change the url shown, and save.
Note that's not a background image, but your real website, loaded in a frame, as a background.
