I have added the clickheat folder to my site root, but when I try to access it to set everything up, one of the preliminary tests fails and I get the error "PHP hasn't got write permission in the configuration directory". What does this mean and how can I fix it?

    Thank you in advace!

    Hello,

you may change write permissions on the /clickheat/config/ directory. To achieve this, if you use a FTP software, just right-click on the directory, and find an option for permissions/options. You'll have to set rwx (read-write-execute) on the directory, may be for all groups (so rwxrwxrwx or 0777).

Do you use the PHP safe mode?
