Testing and bug fixing of the 0.1 source files has finally been completed, but the help - and info modules still need some work before the release is ready to be uploaded. I'm pretty hopeful that it might be ready to be released during the weekend, but it not, as soon as possible next week.
Good news for Windows users is that the first release will include an installer, which was not certain until now.
The first release (0.1) of clContacts will be released as soon as the software has been properly tested and bug fixed, and when the documentation is ready. It will be released for both Windows and Linux/UNIX-like platforms. The windows installer may be released a little bit later, due to some extra work that the installer requires, but a windows executable for 32-bit systems will be released at the same time as the Linux -release. Hopefully the 0.1 release will be available for download during this week.
