Hi to all developers,

thanks for your great work!

Clearly, I prefer the "show all folders" view in Win7 over the standard view. However, what annoys me many times a day is the navigation pane remembering its last state. I would appreciate very much the option of setting a "default opening state" with every subtree of the desktop collapsed/closed except for "Computer", as it was in XP.

I partly work as an admin, so I basically use drives and shares and not so often the "libraries" and the personal folders.

    You can try using process monitor to see where in the registry Explorer stores the current view, and then lock the key. That should be pretty easy for an admin to do.
