#338 Post-scan option: how to handle detections

Because Clamwin sometimes generates many false positive virus detections, it's not safe/convenient to pre-specify delete or quarantine viruses.
Better would be, when finished scanning, to list all suspected infected files with a tick-box for each (default: all selected), then offer the options to delete or quarantine those selected (similar to how AdAware and Spybot S&D work). The user can then un-select all the obvious false positives, and process just the suspect infected files appropriately.

    I agree. This feature is similar to the one in Malwarebyte, which I prefer over this program because of this feature. I want to see an Open Source AV program soar with the free-but-you-need-to-pay-for-the-full-package antivirus solutions.
