An Citeseer user marked
as an administrator has additional functionality available
to him through MyCiteSeer. A subset of configuration
and administrative interfaces are made available through
an admin console.
my problem….. how to mark a user become administrator?
I go through the documentations…but cannot found the way..
We have installed citeseer successfully…crawler is OK, but can not extract the citation. perhaps only administrator can force start of exctraction.
please help me….
