Don't ask me how this came up, but I noticed an odd little discrepancy
between CIL and gcc. The following function:
int foo(int a)
int a = 3;
Gets an error message about redeclaration of a in gcc, but compiles
fine with CIL, with the local declaration shadowing the parameter.
Does anyone know which is correct?
