If the render SPU is launched from the application
faker, it would be nice for it to re-use the
application's window to be completely seamless.

I tried to fix this, and got almost all the way there, but
the problem was that the render SPU was unable to call
wglSwapBuffers on the window created by the application.
Nick Triantos seemed to think that this would happen also,
and he said he'd look into the "right" way to do it.
