At least in the case where stride is non-zero, stride
is incorrectly calculated. The correct behaviour for
non-zero stride is to use the specified stride for all
arrays. A possible fix version is below.

    I've applied your changes.

    I think the crStateInterleavedArrays() function could be
    cleaned up and simplified with a little work. See the Mesa
    source code.
