#29 Missing some more documentation for 'source files'

I'm missing some more documentation for 'source files' (HTML).

Only linked files are compiled into the resulting CHM file. Working well so far - but Table of Content (TOC) has one file only.
So, what sense makes the only one possible source file (HTML)?
