Currently, the list of top quotes is ordered by the
number of positive votes each quote has received. This
means that, if a quote has received an unusually high
number of votes, many of which may have been negative,
the quote will almost certainly end up too high in the
charts. Therefore, we need a better algorithm for
determining a quote's score.
One idea would be to use the percentage of votes that
were positive. However, this only becomes meaningful
once a quote has received a significant number of
votes. In most cases, vote counts will be rather limited.
This idea could be extended to some sort of weighted
average of the actual number of votes and the
percentage described above.
