Where does chicken load saved servers from?
I had chickenofthevnc installed on my new mac by our IT department. It came preloaded with many support servers that I never access. In chicken of the vnc I cannot remove these (the - button is greyed out). In Chicken.app they also appear - I can remove them but they come back when restarting the app.
I have deleted both apps from my computer, every plist and cache file on my computer (find ./ | grep -i chicken), cleared all system and boot caches with a tool and reinstalled chicken.app from a fresh download and they are still there! How is that possible? Is there some kind of legacy system plist where cotv might have stored them and which chicken looks in on startup?
Any help appreciated - this is driving me crazy!
Typically I found the answer just a few minutes after finally writing the question!
It's picking them up from Bonour/Rendezvous! So turning that off solved the problem.
Sorry for the noise - but maybe it helps someone else.
