If a spreadsheet column is set to be text even though
cell data are numbers, the spreadsheet will display the
data correctly, i.e. left justified. However, xlhtml reads
the cell data as floating numbers (like 123456789) and
convert them to e format display in html. For example, a
cell that contains 123456789 in Excel will wind up look
like 1.2345e+8 in the resulting html.
Now the data representation is not what the user
intended and we also loses precision.
