#112 Rearange tabs by dragging

This is not a must, but it would be useful for those like me who keep things organized into tabs and want to rearrange them by dragging them with the mouse.
The other way to rearrange them is to start over and put them in the right order, and things could be simpler that what they are now.

    I do not understand this request - you can already organize tabs and rearrange them with the mouse.

    Just imagine the tabs are internet browser tabs and want to switch them by dragging them without affecting the order of other tabs, with browser tabs you can move just one tab to the left or to the right and get the order you want but with chessx you have to drag the whole window to rearrange everything in tabs and the last window added becomes the fist tab and it's not possible that to rearrange them unless you take them apart and put them in the right order.

    I understand and your point is perfectly valid.
    Only this is close to impossible with Qt as it is right now.
    This feature is missing in Qt even though it has been requested quite often.
    So this CR will receive a lower prio as we have to wait for digia to change Qt here!
