Checkstyling the following interface it says that "3" is a magic number.
public interface Foo
/** A const */
int CONST =3D 3;
/** A method */=20
I have tried to make CONST final. This removes the MagicNumber problem
but then says that "final" is a redundant modifier.
Is there anything I can do about that?

I think this is the same as bug #767157 (magic number in interface).
t's fixed in current development version and this fix will be
available in 3.2.
