The ReturnCount check does not detect violations in the
number of returns from a method if it is named "equals".

A user should be able to configure the pattern for
method names to ignore.

One clarification: the check doesn't check real "equals()"
method (the method should be named "equals, returns
boolean and has to Object parameters). So we do not match
    method name against some pattern.

So, the question is: do you want be able to configure the
check so it either checks equals() method, doesn't check
methods with specific names or both?

Being able to descriminate by the parameters of the method
is not required. So, it is fine that equals() and equals
(Object) are either both checked or both not checked.

What I really would like is to be able to exclude other
methods in addition to those named "equals", or if I want, to
be able to include all methods including equals.

Just configuring a list of method names to ignore would be
    sufficient.
