Add an optional method name to the suppression filter.
This prevents the need to update the line numbers in
the suppression file for class updates when the
suppression is for the whole method.
Updating the line numbers is particularly tedious in a
refactoring situation. After class changes are done, the
best method (least error prone and possibly fastest)
seems to be to remove (comment out) the suppressions
for the class(es) in question, rerun CS, then add the
new ones (uncomment and update the line #s and/or
add the new files).
Might need to use full method signature to match and
differentiate for overloaded methods.
