The hidden-fields check does exactly what I want with
one small exception.

I've one constant (public static final String) in all classes
in a large project: rcsid, which includes the cvs-id
information.

I'd like to have this field in inner-classes as well, but
checkstyle complains that I'm hiding the field with the
same name in the outer class (which I do of course).

Is there a way around this. What I'd like is either a
regexp to ignore for the hidden-field config-module or an
option that allows hiding of fields in inner classes.

Committed a change to the 3.2 CVS which adds an ignoreField
    property to HiddenFieldCheck.
