I've run gump build dotay and found that it fails with
following errors:
checkstyle.checkstyle:
[checkstyle]
/export/checkstyle/src/checkstyle/com/puppycrawl/tools/checkstyle/checks/metrics/AbstractComplexityCheck.java:109:
First sentence should end with a period.
[checkstyle]
/export/checkstyle/src/checkstyle/com/puppycrawl/tools/checkstyle/checks/metrics/AbstractComplexityCheck.java:124:
First sentence should end with a period.

It looks like the cause of the problem are
/* {@inheritDoc} /
javadocs used in AbstractComplexityCheck.
I think this is correct javadoc (at least javadoc tool
process it w/o any problems), So we should consider
this is as a bug of JavadocStyleCheck.

P.S. Workaround is use @see tag.
