the xsl for creating framed html conversions from the
report.xml does not detect if a filename already exists. If
working with the sun_checks.xml, all found problems in
the module checker are overwritten by the module
treewalker as they are included in a new xml leaf. The
statistics also list all files twice with a link to the same
html, but only the number of errors listed in the second
occurance in overview-frame.html are accounted for.
