The cewolf 1.0 maven2 pom as seen here:
depends on gnujaxp, crimson, and junit (among others). Junit should
have a scope of "test". gnujaxp and crimson should have scope the
"optional" element set so that others using cewolf won't transitively pull in
those libs. If a user is using an old jdk that doesn't have xml with it, then
they can explicitly make the xml dependencies on their own.
