CentraView CBM v 2.1.0 Released

CentraView version 2.1.0 has been released. The bump in the minor version number reflects quite a bit of change under the hood but little functional change.

There have been many improvements and quite a lot of cleanup under the hood for this release. The most work was done to support internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n). And many thanks to the team at ECOsoft.net Germany GmbH, for their work to get CentraView to German speaking customers. They have done all of the German translation, and have driven quite a few changes in the application to support i18n.

As it stands now the German version is still incomplete as we hammer out some of the hardcoded text within the application and a few other issues like currency and timezone issues. But We had reached a stable point and would like to get back to doing 2 - 4 releases a month as the application progresses.

Also for developers will be happy to know that most of the orphaned code has been deleted. This means less tracking down dead ends in attempting to customize CentraView for your use. There are still a handful of areas that still require cleanup, but there are approximately 600 fewer files. And effort was made to clean up many of the compiler warnings.
