I want to install cedet 1.0beta2b. When I followed the instructions
given in INSTALL, make always aborted due to errors. At the end of
make's output I saw many messages like the following which I thought
to be the reason for make aborting:

messages could be safely ignored on GNU Emacs. I therefore decided to

At the first glance, everything seemed ok; semantic and ecb load
without error messages. But after I load files I get error messages
idle error: "Symbol's function definition is void: eldoc-message"
And in fact, emacs already complained about this symbol (among others)
when compiling semantic-idle.el, as you can see in the log.
Now my question: How can I get rid of these annoying messages? How can
I tell if my cedet installation is ok or if there are some broken
I am running GNU Emacs 21.3.1 on a SuSE Linux 9.0 system.
