I have been using cedet-1.0beta2b for a few days together with JDE, and I
have occasionally had a problem with replacing strings. It seems that the
following sequence of events causes the problem:
1. I start query-replace-string (M-%) and type in the string and replacement
2. The first occurrence is found
3. While I think about whether to replace it or not, Semantic (I think) does
something in the background
4. Only the first character of the string is replaced when I press 'y'. That
is, if I want to replace "foo" with "bar", what I get is not "bar", but
I have a feeling this happens more frequently if I have just made a
modification to the file before starting the replacement, but I am not sure.
Any idea what this could be due to?
I'm using Emacs 21.3, JDE 2.3.4beta3 and ECB 2.24, in case that's relevant.
