I just committed this small change to document the new
I hope I will have time enough to complete the grammar framework
manual, and perhaps to start writing a sort of tutorial (a step by
step scenario) to help to add semantic support to a new language.
Of course any help will be welcome ;-)

That's a great news! What I propose is to let you write the tutorial
as you like, and submit it (or part of it) to the cedet-devel ML for
discussion. I've no doubt that your tutorial will be a very good one
In the meantime I will concentrate my efforts to complete the grammar
framework manual (and perhaps other manuals too).
