It appears that some have recently been fixed (including the problem Vladimir was refering to).
Just one or two weeks ago I had problems with the generation of makefiles and targets. This is working now.

However, I still have problems with semantic parsing (error messages in *Messages* and I have to confirm stuff when exiting emacs):

Error Writing Table: #<semanticdb-table gthr-tpf.h>
Save Error: "\"Error in macro \\\"name\\\"\"": /home/bastian/.semanticdb/!usr!include!c++!4.5.0!x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu!bits!semantic.cache

What about the current Emacs development trunk branch, are the bug
fixes merged in there yet?
