The EAY CSP doesn't build if OpenSSL has been built
without RC5 support. It should.
The reason it should is that OpenSSL is often built
without RC5 support. RSA holds software patents on
that algorithm and so you aren't supposed to use it
unless you have permission from RSA.
The fix is just to bracket the RC5 portions of the EAY
CSP with "#ifndef NO_RC5". The OpenSSL header files
define NO_RC5 when OpenSSL is configured to build
without RC5 support.
