I'm using a Samsung COMBO SM304B drive, it does
almost anything with the driver generic-mmc-raw with
options 0x10 (writing cd-text data), and I don't have
any problem. What I'm asking you is if yuo could add
the multi-session funtionality to that driver because i
does not allow me to du multi-session CDs and it also
doesn't record anything and exits with error.
I've tried to use the generic-mmc driver but it
didn't work. I've also changed the firmware of the
drive to the lastest one but it didn't help on that
problem.
Of course I record multi-session CDs using cdrecord
and some other commercial software but I'm just in need
of doing multi-session whit cdrdao.
Yours,

Andrés

I don't think that is possible to write multisession with
D-A-O, to write the next track needs the cd open, look to
you commercial program it probably is writing in T-A-O
