I use cdrdao under both Win32 and Linux. I encountered
following problem: when using CDs containing both
tracks with and w/o ISRC codes e.g. Track1 with ISRC,
Track2 w/o, Track3 with ISRC etc. cdrdao finds ISRC
codes in all tracks, often repeating ISRC from Track1 in
Track2 (as in example).
It also happens quite often, that cdrdao shifts Index0 by
one frame (only in tracks with ISRC). I think it depends
on ISRC code placement (i mean that if ISRC isn't placed
in first blocks of the track, the issues mantioned above
don't occur).
Furthermore, it isn't drive or system dependent, i tested
this issue under Linux using Lite-On LTR-40125S and
under Win using Lite-On, LG DRD-8080B and virtual drive
(cue-sheet mounted with Daemon-Tools 3.23, which is
quite reliable - emulates all subcodes).
