-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, while adding more p'core constraints, I realize that some changes are needed to the Bond class. Specifically, hard coding the bond count to 2 is proving limiting. As a result of this, even if I add more than 2 atoms to the bond, I can never access the 3rd (or higher) atom via the iterator. Also getAtomCount() just returns 2 - however many atoms are present in the bond. I think that removing the hard coded atom count would allow more flexibility and would not break anything - ------------------------------------------------------------------- Rajarshi Guha <rg...@in...> GPG Fingerprint: D070 5427 CC5B 7938 929C DD13 66A1 922C 51E7 9E84 - ------------------------------------------------------------------- A bug in the code is worth two in the documentation. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (Darwin) iEYEARECAAYFAkhQFToACgkQZqGSLFHnnoTY/gCdHu86DbYp64xyXVmzStDGnTIf 2xIAoLQQrnxcZ8n7WjaZ1BWO+oeeVN6W =MPW0 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |
