as of yesterday, something changed in the way
bioclipse.cheminformatics handles the CDK libraries: in case you feel
the need to make patches in bioclipse.cheminformatics/cdk-externals,
you will need to build a patch against the following git repository:
This one is based on CDK 1.2.x and contains a few extra patches, which
have not made it into the 1.2.x branch yet.
IMPORTANT: because I will *rebase* this branch repeatedly on the
upstream cdk-1.2.x, patches must be provided as patches made with 'git
Likewise, I will shortly (tomorrow?) set up a similar bioclipse-2.1.x
branch, based on the jchempaint-primary branch based on CDK master.
>From these repositories I will make cdk-eclipse exports, and also
changing the versioning to have this format:
So, the version I uploaded yesterday to bioclipse-2.0.x has number
220.127.116.11bioclipse1, being the first Bioclipse export based on CDK 1.2.3
(with the cusomizations).
The idea behind this is that checking that patches have been applied
upstream becomes a whole lot easier, and for upstream it is more clear
what customizations are used by Bioclipse.
