I think we are having a problem regarding the handling of changeEvents=20
in JChemPaintModel. In CleanUpAction, for example, the JChemPaintModel=20
is retrieved and from that the cdk.ChemModel. In the following, the=20
cdk.ChemModel is modified directly.
This makes it difficult to use the JCP ChangeListener scheme, since we=20
are not notified if something in the model changes.
If we use adapter methods in JChemPaintModel instead, everything might=20
slow down a bit, but we can do a fireChange() in all the setXXXXX()=20
methods, which then triggers a repaint, or so.
