Hi All,

I'm looking through some feature requests and marking those which could be closed.
Please comment if you feel they should not be closed - if no comments are made in ~1 week I will close these requests.

Also I have added a voting option so you can "vote up" those which are more requested.

Many thanks,
J

feature-requests:179 collapsing of groups

Status: open Labels: cdk.render Created: Tue May 29, 2012 02:38 PM UTC by Ralf Stephan Last Updated: Mon Oct 08, 2012 04:00 PM UTC Owner: nobody

This can include:
1. similar to the end-methyl mode, collapsing of alkyl-, phenyl-, and more well known groups to e.g. C2H5-, C6H5- or other well known sum formulae
2. replacement with well-known textual abbreviations like Boc (all protective groups for example)
3. of course, a mode for abbrev. amino acids
