Now, for core it is silently reported that:

exception.NoSuchAtomTypeException did not have a TestClass annotation
exception.NoSuchAtomException did not have a TestClass annotation
exception.CDKException did not have a TestClass annotation
tools.DataFeatures did not have a TestClass annotation
CDKConstants did not have a TestClass annotation
------------- ---------------- ---------------

Instead, this should cause the testing to fail.

    This is related to the lack of annotations for constructors -once that is fixed, this will work OK

    This has been fixed independently of the constructor issue, since a missing or invalid test class is an error
