#35 Low quallity ICO file.

Hi! :-)

The provided cdcat.ico (32X32) is of very low quallity for today's systems.
Maybe it's a good idea, to provide a better one.

Note - Workaround: I converted with GIMP the cdcat_logo_64x64.png file to ICO and I'm using it (instead of the default).
But I still think that the default one, needs to be of better quallity.
