#25 order catalog tree by name

Looks like now the tree of catalogs (volumes) in the left pane is sorted by volume serial number. I wish volumes in a tree can be ordered (by default) by volume name as it is possible to sort it in the right pane. Actually when I scan volumes I don't pay attention to the volume number at all. What is important for me is the volume name, because I name volume with letter/number custom codes. When I scroll down the tree I would like to have them in order that I gave them by using volume names. This is more logical order to me for the tree, because I create this "logical" order of names by myself and in the way that I prefer. This order doesn't have to be necessarily the same as scan order/history.
Thank you for implementing other changes.

You are right. I was reporting forgetting to check in a new cdcat version. My fault. In 1.8 everything is ok.
