I've commited a few simple patches to make ASDF "work" with Corman Lisp (well, after you've fixed a couple of bugs within CCL itself). As CCL seems to have several problems with FASL files I've simply "disabled" them so that all files will just be LOADed. (Remember that CCL, like SBCL, compiles on the fly.) I didn't try to grok all of ASDF or to find an elegant solution that really works in all cases but at least I could load a couple of libraries via ASDF. The idea is that Corman users, especially "newbies", can play around with some of the libraries out there. The idea was /not/ that one can use ASDF as a development tool for CCL this way, obviously. Hope nobody objects to these changes. Cheers, Edi. |
